Prior to our client’s arrival, we share the contact information of our protocol support staff, their telephone numbers, photo, exact location of the meeting point and the service numbers of our Emergency Response Center.
If the transfer from the airport to Caracas will be carried out by our company, we will also share the make, model and license plate of the vehicle, as well as the contact information and photo of the driver.
