On Friday, July 28, at the INTER-CON facilities, there was an excellent presentation by Rubén Canelón @rubencaneloncoach about leadership, a necessary quality in each of the collaborators who are part of the company, which will allow them to have a vision clear and precise of the points or elements that must be improved in order to perform better in their functions or activities.

Likewise, the necessary tools and knowledge were provided to enhance leadership skills and achieve all goals.

We know that each person has a unique leadership style, and the goal was to help discover and develop each person’s style from their perspective.
